Building Up the Temple of the Lord

On Feb 1st, Mindtree Foundation handed over a new home for the inmates of Missionaries of Charity in Yelahanka, on the outskirts of Bangalore. Mother Teresa started it many years ago as a home for the dying destitute. Unlike what imagery the words “dying destitute” may evoke in the mind, it is actually one of the happiest, most welcoming, loving places in the entire world. If you ever meet the inmates there, you will find in them unconditional giving; it is a place that returns you more whole than broken, happier than sad.

The house we built was designed by Chandavarkar & Associates, Bangalore’s leading architectural firm for no fee. Every year, the designers there take up one such design for a social cause without any fee. The people who supplied the material and did the construction, volunteered to forgo their profits. The result has been magical.

Hey there! I realize this is sort of off-topic but I had to
ask. Does running a well-established website such as yours take a lot of work?
I’m completely new to writing a blog but I do write in my diary everyday. I’d like to start a blog so I can share
my own experience and feelings online. Please
let me know if you have any ideas or tips for new aspiring blog owners.
Appreciate it!
